Strong Eagle has requested that the evidence (e-mails in question and narritive of events) be pulled offsite while the SMOdyssey, Inc. Board handles his formal grievance against past SMOdyssey Inc. President (now just returning board member) "Danelle".
shadow, while grieving her loss of annonimity, continues to represent Southern Cross, volunteer for SMO as requested, and be out in the community.

As many of you have inquired, she is fine and her vanilla family are not allowing any of the negativity to affect them.

(This post was a placeholder while the facts below were off line to allow the smO board to handle the breech of confidentiality that had occurred. None of the board abstained from voting, including Marcus. Now that they have rendered their decisions, that there was no breech of smO bylaws or code of conduct in either mail with either name, we include the following.
They did not feel that opening mail specifically addressed to registration was a problem either, and that her excuse that OUTLOOK Express can merge various addresses with different names and e-mails- and spell the name wrong when it does- was a valid one when she outed shadow's family name to many that did not know it.
They felt that Danelles belatedly advising the board that "she was sorry" when she never said that at ANY TIME to shadow or AJ, none the less excused her from censure or removal from the board. shadow was told that smO did not have any rule against outing someone that was not an smO member, a situation which exists to this day.
We have put back the original posts. Be advised, ALL information is only confidential as to shadow, and it is up to HER and HER alone to tell the story or not. Issues placed on line by Kim, past smO board member and Danelle supporter were, by the very nature, also illegal outing acts because she did not have permission. Her explanations were creative, although not factual. SMO is a non-profit legal entity and has no confidentiality rights as the aggressor in this issue. AJ and shadow, while within their rights to pursue this issue over the negative actions of others involved to various degrees in this situation, decline to do so in order to have a life and ignore the petty sophomoric actions of others in this case.
Southern Cross voted unanimously (9-0) that under the circumstances, Danelle could not be trusted with any personal information and the situation was politically biased in favor of one side over the other. Danelle is no longer welcome at any SX event).
